Junior therapists are newly licensed, bringing fresh training and genuine enthusiasm for the work. Great if you prefer lighter to medium pressure and want a solid, attentive session at an accessible price point.
Licensed therapists have one to five years of hands-on experience. They’ve worked through enough bodies to develop real intuition — you’ll notice the difference in how they read and respond to your tissue.
Advanced therapists have five or more years of experience plus at least 30 hours of continuing education beyond their license. They’ve invested in deepening their craft, whether that’s a specific modality, a challenging population, or a technique that takes years to master.
Master therapists represent the top of our team — ten or more years of experience and 100 hours of continuing education. These are the people clients come back to for years. If you have chronic pain, complex issues, or you just know what a truly exceptional massage feels like, this is your tier.
