- A minimum 12-month commitment.
- 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Email [email protected] to request cancellation.
- 10% discount exclusions: gift cards and already discounted services or products.
- Active-member credit: banked funds do not expire while your membership is active.

Is the $59 a fee or money I can spend?
Your monthly $59 payment becomes Body Bank credit. You can put it toward your care rather than paying a separate fee just to receive a discount.
Does membership include a massage every month?
The membership adds dollar credit to your balance. It is not a monthly massage voucher. Check the price of your chosen treatment and appointment length when planning your visit.
Do I have to come in every month?
No. Your balance can build while your membership is active, so you can plan visits around your schedule. The monthly payment and commitment still apply.
Can I combine the member discount with a special?
No. The member discount does not apply to already discounted services or products, or to gift cards.
What do I receive when I join?
New members receive a complimentary 60-minute zero gravity chair massage. Ask our team to help schedule your welcome session.
