Nadia has been a massage therapist since 2023 and joins the Body Ache Escape team after working at Replenish Spa.

If you love medium-to-firm pressure, plenty of stretching, and a massage that leaves you feeling like your whole body just took a deep breath, Nadia may be your perfect match. Her style is soothing, restorative, and focused on helping you move better while melting away all that built-up tension. She is also especially excited to work with our veteran clients.

When she’s not helping people feel better, you’ll probably find Nadia outside enjoying nature or taking a dance class.
