Each person completes their own health intake. It helps your therapist understand your needs and prepare for your visit.
02 / WHEN YOU GET HERE
Tell us what you need.
Arrive a few minutes early. Your therapists will go over your expectations and give you privacy to undress to your comfort level and settle onto your tables.
03 / DURING YOUR MASSAGE
Get comfortable. Stay comfortable.
You remain appropriately draped during treatment. Speak up about pressure, temperature, or areas you want avoided. Your comfort guides your care.

Can I book a couples massage online?
Please call 614-604-6358 to schedule. We coordinate two therapists for the same appointment time, so couples massage cannot be booked online.
How much does a couples massage cost?
A 60-minute couples massage is $110 per person, or $220 for two. A 90-minute appointment is $160 per person, or $320 for two. Ask about the additional cost of any enhancements when you call.
Do we have to be a romantic couple?
No! A couples massage is for any two people who want a massage at the same time. That can be a mother and daughter, two besties, or a married or dating couple.
Are we in the same room?
Yes. You each have your own massage table and your own therapist, side by side in a private treatment room.
Can we choose different pressure or focus areas?
Absolutely. Each therapist listens to the person they are treating. One of you can ask for lighter relaxation work while the other requests firmer pressure or attention to a particular area. Tell us your preferences when scheduling so we can help match you with therapists.
What is the difference between 60 and 90 minutes?
Both allow time for a personalized massage. A 90-minute visit gives your therapists more time for several areas of tension or a more unhurried full-body session. Each of you can discuss what to include or skip.
What should we do before our appointment?
Each person should complete their own health intake form. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and discuss goals with your therapist. Share relevant health information, pressure preferences, and any areas you want avoided.
Can we add hot stones, CBD, or essential oils?
Our couples massage does not currently offer a hot stone option. You can ask about CBD or essential oil enhancements and their current prices when you call. Individual hot stone massage is available separately.
Can we talk during the massage?
You can chat or enjoy the quiet. Tell your therapists what makes you comfortable, and speak up whenever you want the pressure, temperature, or focus adjusted.
Can I give a couples massage as a gift?
Yes. A Body Ache Escape gift certificate is a thoughtful way to give someone time to unwind together. Check the amount against the appointment length and any enhancements you want to cover, then call us to arrange the couples appointment.
Is this the same as the couples massage class?
They are different experiences. A couples massage gives each person a treatment from their own therapist. The couples massage class teaches two people basic techniques with one therapist, switching roles during the visit.
