I was told it could clear toxins out of the body and help with a plethora of health problems. I didn’t have too many health problems to begin with but I have noticed my digestion is better, I have more energy and I don’t need as much sleep.
As I started reading the book, I discovered why this juice is so beneficial. There is a powerful mineral in celery called sodium cluster salts. This ingredient is exclusive to celery juice. This powerful little mineral has the ability to clear our bodies of viruses (epstein barr, strep and shingles to name a few) and heavy metals (aluminum, copper, pesticides). When our body stores these “toxins” they accumulate in the liver which slows it down and reduces the bile it creates. This cascade of effects is what creates most health problems.

To get the most benefit from celery juice, you must drink it freshly juiced within 24 hours of juicing it. You can use a blender and strain the pulp or a juicer. A slow masticating juicer is the best kind. I have the Omega Slow Masticating Juicer.
You should drink 16-32oz. You must drink the fresh juice on an empty stomach in the morning. You should wait 15-30 minutes before consuming anything else.
Eating celery will not have the same benefits since the fiber of the pulp does not separate from the sodium cluster salts. Also, nothing else should be added to your celery juice.
