In a Massage

Use 5-7 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil such as coconut oil, jojoba oil or almond oil. Massage into whichever body part you would like.

Steam Inhalation

Pour steaming hot water into a bowl with 2 drops of essential oil. Drape a towel over your head and bring your face as near to the bowl as possible without burning yourself on the steam. This method is very good for respiration problems and will open up the sinuses. Make sure to KEEP YOUR EYES CLOSED.

Diffusing oils, put them into the air so we can breathe them in. There are several types of diffusers. In a Bath

Blend no more than 5 drops into a Tablespoon of carrier oil then mix the carrier oil into the bath water. Oil does not mix with water so if you do not dilute the oil it will soak straight into the skin undiluted which will probably cause irritation. *Never use peppermint in bath water.
