The Body Ache Escape Team
Every body is different — and so is every therapist. Some of us go deep. Some keep it smooth and flowing. Some will chat your ear off; others let the work speak for itself. What we all have in common? We actually care about how you feel when you leave. Find your person below.
Estheticians

Kristina Goforth, Esthetician
Kristina has over five years of experience as an esthetician and loves helping clients feel fresh, confident, and glowing. She enjoys creating facial experiences that are both relaxing and effective, whether you are coming in to refresh your skin, smooth texture, or just carve out a little time for yourself.
She believes skincare should feel good, not intimidating, and loves helping clients leave feeling like a better version of themselves. Kristina brings a warm, easygoing energy to the treatment room that helps people feel comfortable right away.
When she is not taking care of skin, she is spending time with her adorable Yorkie, Boozie, who she absolutely adores.
Elle Clark, Esthetician
Meet Elle, a true skincare enthusiast who believes beauty radiates from the inside out. She brings this philosophy to every facial, helping clients not only look but feel their absolute best. When she’s not working her magic in the spa, you’ll find her practicing yoga or crocheting. Schedule your facial today and experience the transformative care she offers—your skin will thank you!

Massage Therapists

Dana Carrel, LMT
Dana has that calm, “you’re in good hands” energy the second she walks in the room.
She’s a seasoned massage therapist with 8 years of experience, and she trained at Daymar College. Dana’s style is light to medium, with a strong focus on results, but she’s not the type to bulldoze your muscles just to prove she can. She listens, adjusts, and works with your body instead of against it.
Clients love her for deep tissue work, cupping, lymph drainage, and pregnancy massage. Whether you’re tight from stress, recovering from life, or just craving that floaty feeling after a really good session, Dana’s the kind of therapist who can meet you where you are and get you somewhere better.
Outside the treatment room, she’s all about her daughter and her German Shepherd, Luca. If you’re a dog person, you’ll have an instant connection.
Daniel Garinger, LMT
Daniel believes massage should do more than relax you. He focuses on real results and meaningful change in the body.
With training in personal fitness, sports nutrition, and SI joint specialization, Daniel excels in deep tissue and medical massage, especially for low back and hip pain. His work is grounded and effective, but what clients often notice first is his exceptional flow. His massage has a Tai Chi–like feel. Smooth, continuous, and deeply calming without losing its power.
Daniel’s energy is infectious, and he enjoys getting to know his clients. He’s happy to talk and explain his work or let the rhythm of the session speak for itself.
A former Marine Corps machine gunner, Daniel brings focus, discipline, and care into every session. If you’re looking for deep, flowing work that feels both effective and easy on the body, Daniel is an excellent choice.

Symone Johnson, LMT
Symone’s massage pressure is medium, with a smooth, intentional style that prioritizes relaxation, presence, and listening to the body. Clients often appreciate her steady pace and calming energy.
Outside the treatment room, Symone enjoys spending time with her two sons and has a quiet passion for coin collecting. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail make her a natural fit for the Body Ache Escape experience.
Brittany Bulger, LMT

Rachael Mitchell, LMT
Kiara Tyree, Licensed Massage Therapist
Meet Kiara, one of the warmest new additions to our Body Ache Escape family! With medium pressure that she intuitively adjusts based on your body’s cues, Kiara’s massage style is all about meeting you exactly where you are—and helping you feel your absolute best. Her goal? To create a session that melts away tension and leaves you walking out feeling lighter, looser, and deeply cared for.
When she’s not in the massage room, Kiara is likely spending time with her 9-year-old daughter, getting creative with resin art and crafts. Her nurturing energy and artistic spirit shine through in everything she does, making each massage session feel as if it were designed just for you.

Osh Bryant, LMT
Paige (Kayla) Riveros, Licensed Massage Therapist [Advanced Level]
Paige’s medium to firm pressure and long, fluid movements are perfect for easing tension, especially those mysterious aches or tingling sensations. Having lived in Colorado, Texas, and Florida, Paige brings a warm and adventurous spirit to every session. She’s a foodie, an animal lover, and always up for a good chat. With Paige, you’re in caring and capable hands!

Aubrey Evans, LMT [Advanced Level]
Aubrey has been a licensed massage therapist since 2018 and is especially good at finding trigger points that others might overlook. She loves prenatal massage so much that she even helps train our newer massage therapists in prenatal techniques.
She first became interested in massage therapy while going with her mom to physical therapy and hearing all the success stories from patients. Seeing how much better people could feel made a lasting impression on her, and that passion still shows up in her work today.
Aubrey loves getting to know her clients, being their advocate, and watching their progress over time. She understands that massage can be truly life-changing for people who are struggling with daily pain and movement. Her pressure is light to medium, and around here, we kind of think of her as our office welcome wagon. She’s chatty, warm, and has a way of making people feel comfortable almost instantly.
Kamille Rotan, LMT [Advanced Level]
Kamille earned her massage license in January of 2021 and graduated from Columbus State. She loves using crystals and meditation to get her mind in the right space for work. Kamille loves positive energy and is passionate about health and fun. She wants to build strong relationships with her clients so that they feel comfortable coming back for more treatments and improving their overall health. She uses light-medium pressure and has many raving fans.

Andrew Picklesimer, LMT [Advanced Level]
Client quote: “His hands are like magic! I have had massages before for headaches & muscle tension in my neck & shoulders but none like the way he does it. The areas where he applies pressure & holds and then massages out is amazing. I feel so free of tension and stiffness for several days after. The amount of pressure he uses is great and always will ask if it’s good or should he use more/less. ”

Kyron Moses, Owner & Master Massage Therapist
Kyron Moses is the co-owner of Body Ache Escape and a problem-solver at his core. Give him a goal and he will figure out how to get you there. Walk in with pain, walk out moving better. That’s his approach.
His work is highly therapeutic and often feels closer to physical therapy than a traditional massage. Sessions include deep pressure, targeted work, stretching, and joint movement, along with clear guidance on what to do at home to keep the results going.
Kyron specializes in sports massage and loves working with athletes, whether they’re preparing for an event or recovering afterward. He uses very deep pressure, is a Master Licensed Massage Therapist, and is often booked months in advance.
